The Manor Field Pavilion consists of a small hall measuring 7.6 metres x 6.5 metres with kitchen facilities immediately adjacent to the hall which include a fridge and microwave. The facilities also include ladies and gents toilets, and a disabled access toilet. Nine trestle tables and twenty-four stacking chairs are available for use and are stored in the cupboard off the hall.
Charges
The cost to hire the Manor Field Pavilion is £11 per hour on weekdays and £13 per hour at weekends. There is a £100 refundable deposit to secure the booking of the hall.

Hartley Village Hall consists of a large hall measuring 15.5 metres by 7.3 metres with kitchen facilities which include a large hot water dispenser, oven, hob and fridge. The facilities include two toilets including a disabled toilet. The hall can accommodate bouncy castles subject to height restrictions making it ideal for children's parties. Twelve trestle tables and eighty stacking chairs are available for use. The hall is all on one level making it wheelchair friendly.
Charges
The cost to hire Hartley Village Hall on Ash Road is £10.00 per hour on weekdays and £11.00 per hour at weekends. There is a £100 refundable deposit to secure the booking of the hall.
